A class to energise your body, calm your mind and set you up for the week ahead.
An hour and a quarter of uplifting movement, calming breath practice and a long rest. All welcome, whether you’re newer to yoga, have a regular or lapsed practice! All equipment provided.
PREGNANCY YOGA
Sundays 11am-12.15pm at The Little Escape Studio, Crystal Palace
A class to nourish your body with energising movement, soothing breath practice and deep rest.
Connect with your growing baby, whether you’re becoming a mum for the first or consequent time; practice positions and discuss different approaches to birth; learn pelvic anatomy and embodiment and meet other local mums to be.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or completely new to the practice, you’re very welcome. All equipment provided.
Nap Club
2 hours of rest to relieve exhaustion, reduce stress and calm your nervous system
We come together to lie down in a range of positions supported by bolsters and cushions and under cosy blankets. If you're tired or frazzled, busy or anxious, overwhelmed or your monkey mind is up to tricks; if you're in need of some time alone, time to unwind, close your eyes and rest your body, this session is for you.
Weekend 2 hour workshops.
