Classes vary within the themes above term by term, so you can continue to come to classes for as long as you want and still progress!
I’ve recently given birth, is this class for me?
If you’re a new mother (i.e. for at least the first 6 months and probably more like 8 or 9 months) it’s likely that my postnatal class will be more beneficial as your body recovers from the huge transition of pregnancy and birth. Lots of women also find that coming out this time in the evening feels a bit much for the early stages of motherhood.
However you know your body best, and if you feel you’d really like to come and try an evening class earlier then just drop me a line.
