Book 6 classes and you have 8 weeks to use them, so it doesn’t matter if you miss a few (your place will be held every week in case you can make all classes, just pay £10 per extra session). Energising yoga that starts after the kids are in bed! This is a designated hour of me-time at the beginning of your week. It’ll help you feel less stiff, stronger, relieve stress and help you sleep better.
Who are these classes for?
These classes build on what I teach in my postnatal classes and are suitable for mums who want to feel more open in their bodies, feel stronger and enjoy a bit of a challenge (no pressure and giggles guaranteed). All levels of yoga experience welcome with plenty of options and modifications given.
They’re great as a progression from my postnatal classes or if you want to get back into yoga and maintain a regular practice, whatever age your kids are!
I’ve recently given birth, is this class for me?
If you’re a new mother (i.e. for at least the first 6 months and probably more like 8 or 9 months) it’s likely that my postnatal class will be more beneficial as your body recovers from the huge transition of pregnancy and birth. Lots of women also find that coming out this time in the evening feels a bit much for the early stages of motherhood.
However you know your body best, and if you feel you’d really like to come and try an evening class earlier then just drop me a line.
