90 minutes of deep rest and relaxation to reset your nervous system and leave you feeling energised for the rest of the week
Restorative yoga is a practice of using bolsters, blocks and blankets to prop your body into deliciously easeful “poses”. Each pose is held for around 10 minutes with minimal instruction, allowing you to sink deeply into relaxation.
Yoga nidra is a guided meditation while you lie in a restful pose, allowing you to drift into a sleep-like state. It is highly restorative for the body, especially in the absence of good sleep - a situation most familiar to most mothers :-|
