About Stretched Mums classes
Do you want to:

Then Stretched Mums Yoga might be for you! In these classes you’ll get a chance to learn more about your body and feel more connected to it, have some fun and feel challenged in a totally non-pressured or judgemental way.
Feeling more present and “in the moment” helps us sense how we’re feeling in our day-to-day lives and get more skilled at regulating our own moods and thought patterns, great for the challenges of motherhood!
I previously worked in an office job, but after having a baby I realised the huge gap in services and support for women after they’d given birth. I retrained as a yoga teacher specialising in pre and postnatal yoga, and it’s now my passion to bring mothers together to share their stories, support each other and feel more connected through movement and breath practice.
I love sharing the teaching I’ve received and see the women in my classes slowly transform, as I keep learning from them and their insights about motherhood and how yoga benefits them.
I trained a 200 hours registered Yoga Alliance teacher under some of London's best loved vinyasa yoga teachers including Naomi Annand and Adam Hocke at Dalston's most welcoming yoga space, Yoga on the Lane, with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli for my pregnancy training and with Birthlight for my postnatal qualification.
I live in Crystal Palace with my partner and 4 year old daughter.
